Nearest Tube

Here is a cool app for the iPhone that could aid London natives that are partying late or tourists that need to find their way around Britain’s capital using the subway. It’s called Nearest Tube and was created by app makers across air to help iPhone 3GS owners find their way to the nearest subway station by using augmented reality. Users activate the app by holding the iPhone horizontally and it will overlay the camera’s video image with a display of all 13 subway lines of the London Underground by using different colored arrows.
